Grass before and after a tournament

I took these photos from the sixth green at Furesø Golf Club near Copenhagen. The frame at left shows a fescue-dominated sward prior to the daily mowing and rolling that would be conducted during the Danish Golf Championship. The frame at right shows the same green after 21 mows at 4 mm (0.157 inches) and nine rolls.
