Membership and billing
How much does membership cost?
PACE Turf membership is $600 per year. It is a single annual plan with full access to everything we offer.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes. Your membership renews automatically once a year so your access never lapses. We send reminders before each renewal, and you can turn off auto-renewal any time from your account billing page.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel any time from your account billing page. By default your membership stays active through the end of the year you have already paid for, and it simply does not renew after that. You keep full access for the time you paid for.
Can I get a refund?
If you have cancelled partway through your membership year and would like a refund for the unused portion rather than keeping access until the end of the term, just reach out and we will take care of you. Refunds are prorated for the time remaining on your membership.

How do I update my contact info, organization, or grass types?
Go to your profile page, make your changes, and click “Save changes.”
How do I change my location?
On your profile page, click “Edit location” under the Location section, search for a new address, and save. Your weather data will update to match.
How do I change my email address?
Email us at pace@paceturf.org and we will update it for you.
I forgot my password — how do I reset it?
On the sign-in page, click “Forgot password?” and follow the prompts. We’ll email you a reset link.
Where can I see when my membership renews?
Your renewal date and payment history are on your billing page.

How do I turn off the weekly newsletter or weather alerts?
On your profile page, scroll to Preferences and uncheck “Newsletter updates” or “Weather alerts,” then save. You can turn them back on any time — some members pause weather alerts over winter and re-enable them in spring.
