Clarification on drought udpate

Thanks to PACE Turf member Jim Husting, CGCS, of Woodbridge Country Club, for pointing out an important omission in last week's Drought Update. The California emergency regulations that were described do not affect facilities who have access to their own, on–site water. It only affects those who purhase their water from water suppliers.

That said, those of you relying on well water can't really rest easily. Regulation of well water use is now also being considered in drought stricken states.…
