Coarse and fine textured poa

We have all seen the wide range of leaf blade coarseness that poa can exhibit. Just last week, we received greens samples from two different golf courses that beautifully illustrated the range of leaf shapes that can occur. While the greens at both courses were playing well, one sample had extremely fine textured turf, with high plant density and thin leaves.
