The Daily Light Integral (DLI mol/m²/day) animated GIF image has been improved following comments from Dr. Mike Richardson, University of Arkansas. The new image models earlier monthly maps produced by University of Michigan by grouping DLI values into 5 mol/m²/day bins and assigning colors to each bin.
