Daconil Action follow-up

We reported last month on some preliminary, but positive data for the use of Daconil Action (chlorothalonil plus acibenzolar) for suppression of bacterial wilt and bacterial decline. This is good news, but has in some cases led to over–use of the product (higher rates and higher frequency of application than on the label), which has in turn led to some reports of turf damage, or phytotoxicity.
