Drought: the worst pest of all?

Turfgrass diseases, weeds and insects gain a lot of press, primarily because there are products that you can purchase to make them go away. With drought, though, there are really no products that you can spray to prevent it (other than water, that is). Avoiding drought relies much less on the right product than on whomever controls the irrigation computer or holds the end of the hose.
