Earth Day, 2019 arrives on Monday, April 22, 2019. This celebration of our planet and the species that inhabit it should not be controversial. However, recent battles surrounding the connection between glyphosate and cancer, or between measles outbreaks and antivaxxers, as well as the constant drumbeat of the climate change deniers, illuminates the public's distrust for science.
