El Niño probability rising fast

The June 11, 2015 El Niño forecast puts its chances of occurring this fall and winter at greater than 90 percent! If it comes to fruition, this will likely result in below normal Atlantic hurricanes and above normal hurricane seasons in the central and eastern Pacific hurricane basins. It will of course also likely result in higher than average rainfall in the southwestern U.S. We are keeping our fingers crossed.…
