El Nino Update April, 2020

The El Nino Southern Oscillation, ENSO, is cooling and will result in ENSO-Neutral conditions for the rest of the spring and into the summer. This might result in "normal" weather conditions throughout the southern US. Even though nothing seems normal, maybe the weather will begin to calm down.
