Freezing weather

Arnold Schwarzenegger, otherwise known as the Governator, recently declared a state of emergency for 17 California counties following a brutal week of freezing conditions that "terminated" many crops in the state. California has not been alone this January, as many other states from Texas to Michigan were pummeled with freezing temperatures.
