Glyphosate strikes again

The recent news story, "Man kills 40,000 square foot lawn" has reminded us once again about how easy it is to make mistakes when it comes to the broad spectrum weed killer glyphosate (aka, Round–Up). In this case, an unsuspecting home owner treated his huge lawn with the product Double–play, a combination of prodiamine (Barricade) and glyphosate, believing that the pre–emerge prodiamine was the only product present in the spray tank.
