Good fertilizer guide from Penn State

Pennsylvania State University has recently issues a very good online publication, "Turfgrass fertilization: a basic guide for professional turfgrass managers". It is clearly written, well organized and very comprehensive. There is good background information on the nutrient requirements of turf, instructions on calculating ratios and rates, explanations on how best to optimize nutrient use, and a rundown on different sources of nitrogen products.Thanks to Dr. Micah Woods of the Asian Turfgrass Center for letting us know about this useful publication.…
