Green speed: ball revolutions rather than feet

Measurements of green speed change from day to day. Ten feet one day, 10.4 the next. The green speed changes with weather and with maintenance and with time of year and soil moisture and so on. Let's use decimal feet here—10 feet six inches would be 10.5 feet, 10 feet 10 inches would be 10.8 feet—for simplicity.

Keep in mind that when a golf ball is rolling, the ball completes one full revolution in 5.28 inches (0.44 feet).
