Improved fertilizer rate reference

This is useful for those who want a quick reference for how much a given rate of fertilizer will change the soil concentration of that element.

The reference tables include both elemental amounts and P₂O₅ and K₂O. These values now appear in the revised version of the Precision Fertilizer Rate Calculation Reference. An example of how to use the reference is shown below.
