Keeping tabs on nitrogen

Keeping just the right level of nitrogen available in the soil is critical for turf health. Too much nitrogen, and you risk damage to turf due to nitrogen toxicity. But with too little nitrogen, turf yellowing as well as disease and weed invasion can result.
