Kentucky bluegrass (Poa pratensis) has a Rodney Dangerfield complex — it just doesn't "get no respect". But for turf managers struggling with gray leaf spot, that attitude may be due for a revision. This is because bluegrass is resistant to gray leaf spot, while ryegrass is highly susceptible.
