How much Mehlich 3 (M3) phosphorus (P) is required for healthy turfgrass growth on soils containing high iron (Fe) and/or high aluminum (Al)? This topic has been discussed in associated Updates on "The Phosphorus Saturation Index Revisited" and "Phosphorus saturation index and P deficiency," but the equation needed to compute the required MLSN PSI phosphorus ppm level using M3 extraction was not provided.
