National Golf Foundation posts 2019 Golf Industry Report

The National Golf Foundation (NGF) has released the 2019 Golf Industry Report summary. Both on-course and off-course (Dropgolf, Drive Shack, etc) play has increased, and the industry contributes $84 billion to the economy with 15,000 golf facilities and 24 million golfers. One of the interesting metrics was golf's total reach. Tiger Woods' recent comeback seems to have contributed to a "surge and a ratings jump of 30% for televised tournaments"
