NOAA climate change and new normals

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has published an assessment of the new climate normals for the United States. The report illustrates the impact of global warming on surface temperature and rainfall.
The previous 30 year normal weather was computed from the years 1981-2010. In early May of 2021, climate experts at NOAA will release new hourly, daily, monthly and annual Normals for thousands of locations, states and regions based upon weather from 1991 - 2020.
