PACE Turf Reference on bentgrass tolerance to anthracnose

Anthracnose, caused by the fungus Colletotrichum cereale, is most frequently found attacking annual bluegrass but, it can also attack bentgrass. The good news for those of you who are building new bentgrass greens, though, is that there are several bentgrass varieties that do a good job of resisting attack by this pathogen.
