Perennial ryegrass varieties with gray leaf spot resistance

There is good news to be found in the National Turfgrass Evaluation Program's 2005 report on gray leaf spot resistance in perennial ryegrass varieties. Of the over 100 different varieties that were evaluated, several had high levels of GLS resistance.
Probably the most valuable column to look at is the "mean" column, which averages the results from both locations where the varieties were tested. Remember — a high number (9 being the highest) means higher levels of resistance to gray…
