The stress index feature on your PACE Turf Weather Update indicates the risk to cool-season turf from high temperatures and humidities. Calculated by adding the maximum daily temperature with the minimum daily humidity, a sum of 140 or higher (highlighted in red) indicates a high risk from heat, gray leaf spot and pythium.
