Cold weather stress can cause odd symptoms, such as the striped appearance of the poa leaf in this photo.
It is likely that the yellow, chlorotic band on the poa leaf is a reflection of a cold weather snap, while the darker green bands above and below reflect weather conditions that are good for poa growth.
