Photo of the week: Who is causing these sand mounds?

When good caterpillar control products such as Conserve (spinosad) and Acelepryn (chlorantraniliprole) are not effective at stopping what looks like cutworm damage, it's time to do that old, tried and true method — the soap flush — to try to find what underground pest is causing the trouble.
