Rapid blight now confirmed in the United Kingdom

In December of 2004, we reported on the possibility that rapid blight had been identified from a golf course in England. This report has now been confirmed by British researcher Dr. Kate Entwhistle of Cranfield University. The disease has apparently been repeatedly isolated from several greens at an unidentified golf course in England.
