Sand topdressing rate calculator

The OM246 calculator has a new tab that instantly converts between some common sand topdressing units. For example, I like to use depth of sand, specifically mm, because that's an easy number for me to work with. Others use kg/ha, or lbs per 1,000 ft2, or what to me seems a particularly unwieldy cubic feet per 1,000 ft2.
