Snow mold fungicide uptake

Dr. Paul Kouch posted this comment regarding recent wheat research on fungicide uptake extrapolating to snow mold control for turfgrasses:

"Results in wheat roots indicated propiconazole uptake didn't require plant energy. Assuming this applies to turf leaves and to other fungicides, it means plants don't need to be actively growing for snow mold products to work. Our own snow mold research also supports this."
