Torrey Pines poa invasion status

Starting in 2005, we began to monitor the densities of Poa annua present on greens at Torrey Pines Golf Course, San Diego, CA (Candice Combs, CGCS) where preparations for the 2008 Open were well underway. One of the many goals that had been set was achieving 100% conversion from bentgrass to Poa annua on the South Course's greens.
