Micah and Larry recorded an ATC Doublecut episode (watch or listen) to discuss the delta growth potential and how this can be used as a tool for understanding and explaining challenges with overseeding. By looking at the difference (the delta) between the cool-season (C3) growth potential and the warm-season (C4) growth potential, we can determine if the temperatures are more suitable for the growth of cool-season grasses or more suitable for warm-season grasses.
