Updated address for GP Avatar app

The GP Avatar app shows cool-season and warm-season growth potential through the year. This app can look up normal weather data for any US zip code, and there's a tab in the app for "Enter your climate data" that allows these avatars to be created for any location.
The app is hosted on a new server, and you can use it at GP Avatar app.
