John Turnour, Head Groundskeeper, Washington Nationals Baseball Club describes the turf growth advantage he observed using IVI-GOLF Turf Shield covers in the winter/early spring. Digital image analysis was used to quantify the green color of the infield turf that was covered compared to non-covered outfield.
