Weather maps for the USA

If you are in the USA, you may sometime be able to make use of the detailed maps produced by the PRISM Climate Group at Oregon State University. This map, for example, displays the precipitation across the USA in January 2025 compared with the normal precipitation in January. The normals are from the 30-year period from 1991 through 2020.
