Evaluating a new fungicide: where's the data?

Since the time this Update first appeared, the product PC1 has been given the name Civitas and Harmonizer. Civitas is the mineral oil component and Harmonizer is a turf stimulant and colorant.
PACE Turf member Gabe Towers recently posted a question in our Forum requesting information on a new product, PC1, being developed by Petro-Canada. Our response is summarized below.
