White leaf or bacterial wilt?

Photo provided by Kent Graff, Encinitas Ranch Golf Course, October 2018. Mild symptoms appeared about a week before the photo was taken. Symptoms intensified over a weekend. Diagnosis has not been confirmed yet. Kimberly Gard, Syngenta was unable to observe fungal root or foliar pathogens. Other facilities in the region and also reports from Nebraska suggest bacterial wilt or a different bacterium, phytoplasma or virus may be involved.
