Winter weather outlook

The U.S. Climate Prediction Center has confirmed that the Northern hemisphere is in for a La Nina from now until at least the mid to late spring of 2018. This means that we should expect lower than average rainfall in the southern U.S., and higher than average precipitation in the north.
