Summary: New sensor technologies are going to enter the turfgrass maintenance market soon. Data acquisition will be simplified and automated. Near-real-time turfgrass performance (NDVI) will be first technology we will see. Data acquisition will be automated and the result will be maps and tables that will provide rapid assessment of current conditions. Irrigation management may be the first area to be positively impacted
