Brown patch in Maryland

Summer is here and all of the usual suspects are showing up around the country. Last week, Joe Doherty (@ DohertyJoeR on Twitter), University of Maryland, posted a photo of brown patch on T-1 creeping bentgrass. The image is a classic with a discolored irregular patch surrounded by a "smoke ring" of mycelium. Conditions need to be warm (> 60 F ) and humidity elevated.
