A lot has changed over the past two weeks. The virus has moved fast through the US, where the bulk of new COVID-19 cases are now showing up. Golf courses are closing throughout the US, Canada and Europe. Turfgrass management concerns have now turned to emergency management using limited staff or no staff and the potential need to restore courses to playability after weeks or months of minimal or zero maintenance.
