Del Mar Thoroughbred Club is too cool

When referring to The Del Mar Thoroughbred Club (DMTC) as "too cool," you might think "awesome" or "hip," but you would be wrong. The weather conditions at DMTC, located in coastal Southern California, are literally too cool for optimum bermudagrass growth.
