Get to know STERF

STERF. It's a strange term, but one that you should get to know better. An acronym for "Scandinavian Turfgrass and Environment Research Foundation", STERF was founded in 2006 by the golf federations in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland and the Nordic Greenkeepers’ Associations. While their mission is to provide research and development in support of Nordic golf courses, their newsletters, handbooks and articles have valuable information for turf managers around the world.
