What looks like the beginning of a disease infestation can sometimes just be the result of a few weeks of below–normal weather, as seen in this photo. In this case, 2 weeks of temps that were about 20 degrees below normal put stress on a few of the many poa biotypes on this green. While most of the poa continued to do well, despite the change in weather, the cold sensitive biotypes lost some color. When weather returned to normal,…
