Massive poa research project underway

Poa annua (poa, annual bluegrass) is considered the most troublesome to manage weed by researchers and turfgrass managers alike. We are about to find out whether money, to the tune of $5,7000,000, for research will finally identify a way to more effectively manage poa. The project has begun and is expected to be completed in 2022 with published reports being released throughout this period and beyond.
