Herbicide contaminant found in Alt 70 and Viceroy 70DF

Certain batches of two phosphonate fungicides, ArmorTech ALT 70 (marketed by United Turf Alliance) and Viceroy DF (marked by United Phosphorous), have been found to be contaminated with the herbicide sulfometuron methyl, according to a Product Recall Notification issued by the company that produces these two products. The batches in question were produced in 2013 and have batch codes that begin with the number 6. The Recall Notification also provides information on returning the products in question.
